Overdue
Dark coffee. No sugar.
There has been talk of being fast-tracked. Within 6 months. End of the year. Not suprised yet not hoping. Taking things as it comes.
Things change. People in and out. Just a short 5 months, having to readjust.
Annoyed at people who don't coach yet dump things.
Still shopping for a vehicle. Strangely indecisive this time. Analysis paralysis.
Need new shoes.
No emails for you till you get back in town. Offline! :P

angel: Haha. I read you before too, on and off. You seem to be appearing everywhere :P As for people who don't coach, they must understand it is part of their responsibility when they delegate. Vehicle shopping is no fun. :P

take your time with vehicle purchase. after what you have gone through earlier in the year, i think you really need to be 101% comfortable.

so... abt this coaching thing, maybe that person can try to put in some initiative to learn to do things on your their own? sorry, i'm just throwing suggestions :)

angel: of course they should take their own initiative but ultimately managers should learn to galvanise a team and make it work. i am complaining because i end up having to explain/coach people on assignments i did not delegate to them just because i delegated a couple of other assignments to the person (shared resources).
:P Yes, am narrowing it down already.
